Rise & Puff is all about creating natural foods that taste amazing and happen to be better for you. We use simple ingredients. Our Original Tortilla is made with only 4 ingredients: unbleached flour, avocado oil, sea salt & water. This is our approach to everything we make. Simple clean ingredients that taste better. You won't find preservatives, conditioners or lard in our tortillas. Nor when we fill them to make our quesadillas. All our quesadillas are high in protein, 300 calories or less and use little to no sugar. Where sugar is necessary we usually use organic sugar and/or honey.
