Brami was born from our founder Aaron’s Italian roots — and his love for his nonna’s slow-food, quality ingredient-focused Italian kitchen. When eating at his family’s table in Italy he keenly felt the freeing magic of good food that’s good for you, and wanted to bottle up that feeling.

At home in the US, he saw how busy, processed-food driven lifestyles made it harder to eat well. So he set out to bring a little bit of the Italian way of life to America: delicious, wholesome, convenient food, made with simple, high-quality ingredients.

Our pasta blends nutrient-dense Italian durum wheat with protein-packed lupini beans for more protein and fiber, fewer carbs, and no compromise on taste or texture. The lupini beans even bring an eggy umami flavor that makes every bite extra satisfying. And our ready-to-eat lupini snacks? They’re as addictive as they are healthy.
